- Keep your back supported and your pelvis neutral.
- Align your knees and toes before descending.
- Adjust the supports to stay aligned from start to finish.
02 · Execution
Perform the rep
- Go down by bending your hips and knees under control.
- Reach a range where the back remains neutral.
- Go back up by pushing hard into the middle of the foot.

Knees in line, back supported, range of motion controlled.

- bounce down
- descent too fast
