Description

Dips with leaning torso to accentuate the work of the pectorals.

01 · Setup

Set up the movement

  • Torso slightly tilted forward, chest out.
  • Shoulder blades kept low and stable.
  • Elbows at a natural angle, neither together nor completely crossed.
02 · Execution

Perform the rep

  1. Descend in a controlled manner to a comfortable range of motion.
  2. Push to rise without losing the inclination of the torso.
  3. Keep the body covered and avoids any swinging.
Technique cue

Maintain a bent torso and controlled descent on each repetition.
