01 · Setup

- Hands below or slightly wider than shoulders.
- Body aligned from head to heels.
- Stable shoulder blades, active core, gaze at the ground.
02 · Execution
Perform the rep
- Descend as a block to a comfortable range of motion.
- Keep your elbows around 45 degrees.
- Pushes without breaking body alignment.
Technique cue
Body sheathed in a straight line throughout the entire repetition.
Common mistakes- sagging pelvis
