  • Body sheathed in a straight line.
  • Steady hands and low shoulders.
  • Elbows at medium angle, wrists neutral.
02 · Execution

Perform the rep

  1. Descend in a controlled manner to a comfortable range of motion.
  2. Pushes without breaking the body line.
  3. Keep the same tempo from start to finish.
