Description

Unilateral oblique push that combines pectoral, front deltoid and core work.

01 · Setup

Set up the movement

  • Place the bar in the landmine pivot and check that it is properly seated.
  • Feet stable, core braced, pelvis neutral.
  • Stable active side scapula and low shoulder.
  • Wrist neutral and elbow pointing forward.
02 · Execution

Perform the rep

  1. Pushes diagonally forward and upward.
  2. Keep the torso fixed without parasitic rotation.
  3. Controls the return to the starting position.
Technique cue

Push diagonally without torso rotation.

  • torso rotation
  • shoulder rising at the end of the push
  • return too fast
  • elbow that opens excessively

  • A lack of core engagement can cause lumbar overload.
