01 · Setup
Set up the movement
- Place the bar in the landmine pivot and check that it is properly seated.
- Feet stable, core braced, pelvis neutral.
- Stable active side scapula and low shoulder.
- Wrist neutral and elbow pointing forward.
02 · Execution
Perform the rep
- Pushes diagonally forward and upward.
- Keep the torso fixed without parasitic rotation.
- Controls the return to the starting position.

Push diagonally without torso rotation.

- shoulder rising at the end of the push
- return too fast
- elbow that opens excessively
