Description

Two-handed oblique push with natural trajectory and strong pectoral tension.

01 · Setup

Set up the movement

  • Place the bar in the landmine pivot and check that it is properly seated.
  • Feet hip width, covered torso.
  • Open chest, low shoulders.
  • Hands in the center of the load, wrists neutral.
02 · Execution

Perform the rep

  1. Push diagonally forward without moving your shoulders forward.
  2. Keep your elbows under control on the way up.
  3. Controls the descent to the starting point.
Technique cue

Clean diagonal trajectory and stable torso.

  • swinging the torso
  • rolling shoulders
  • uncontrolled lowering
  • shortened range of motion
