01 · Setup
Set up the movement
- Place the bar in the landmine pivot and check that it is properly seated.
- Feet hip width, covered torso.
- Open chest, low shoulders.
- Hands in the center of the load, wrists neutral.
02 · Execution
Perform the rep
- Push diagonally forward without moving your shoulders forward.
- Keep your elbows under control on the way up.
- Controls the descent to the starting point.
Technique cue
Clean diagonal trajectory and stable torso.
