01 · Setup
Set up the movement
- Straight posture, core braced, shoulders low.
- Elbows slightly bent and stable.
- Wrists aligned from the start.
- Keep the same range of motion on the right and left.
02 · Execution
Perform the rep
- Raise your arms in front of you to shoulder height.
- Mark a short contraction at the top.
- Slowly lower back down to the stretch.
Technique cue
Clean elevation, without arching the back.
