01 · Setup

Set up the movement

  • Sit at the vertical pull-up station and place your thighs under the supports.
  • Place your shoulders low and your chest open.
  • Stable grip in supination, wrists aligned.
  • Sheathed body without swinging.
02 · Execution

Perform the rep

  1. Pull while keeping your elbows pointing down.
  2. Contract hard at the top without breaking the posture.
  3. Slowly lower back down to the full stretch.
Technique cue

Pull with your elbows and control the stretch at the bottom.
