Description

Controlled rotation movement to target the obliques.

01 · Setup

Set up the movement

  • Adjust the pulley height to maintain a natural trajectory.
  • Place the pelvis stable and the column neutral.
  • Keep your chest open and your shoulders low.
  • Activate the abs before the first repetition.
02 · Execution

Perform the rep

  1. Rotates the torso with a controlled range of motion.
  2. Pause for a short contraction at the end of the rotation.
  3. Slowly return to the stretch without sudden movements.
  4. Maintain continuous tension and control the return to the stretch.

Controlled rotation of the torso, fixed pelvis.
